9. Platform Features & Policies
- Reporting Jobs: If you encounter a listing that is inappropriate, misleading, discriminatory, or not truly remote, you may report it using the “Report this job” button found on each job detail page. Reports are reviewed manually. Repeated violations by an employer may result in job removal or platform banning.
- External Job Sourcing: Some jobs are sourced from third-party APIs or public job feeds. These are clearly marked and linked to the original source. We filter these jobs to meet our platform criteria, but cannot guarantee their accuracy or availability. Users should verify external job details before applying.
- AI Review Scores: We may use AI to generate internal-fit scores for applications based on tech stack, experience level, and other signals. These are designed to help employers prioritise candidates but are not a replacement for human review. Employers are expected to read full applications before making decisions.
- Marketing Preferences: We may contact users about platform updates, feature rollouts, or job alerts. You may opt in or out at any time via your profile (if registered), or by clicking the unsubscribe link in emails. We do not share your email or contact details with third parties without consent.

These guidelines may evolve as the platform grows. Substantive changes will be noted on this page. Your continued use of the site constitutes agreement to the current version of these terms.
11. Failure to Comply
- Failure to follow these terms may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform — at our discretion.
- Employers who violate job posting rules (e.g. bait-and-switch, fake listings, discriminatory content) may have their listings removed without refund, and their posting privileges revoked.
- Applicants who submit fraudulent, spammy, or abusive applications may be blocked from using the platform.
- We reserve the right to escalate serious abuses (e.g. scams, harassment, or illegal content) to relevant authorities.
- We aim to be fair. We investigate reported misuse and apply our best judgment based on context, intent, and history on a case-by-case basis to resolve reports.
